She was born on September 14, 1936 in Conover, NC and the daughter of Colon William Little and Beulah Mae Reitzel Little.
She was the widow of Earl E. Dye. They shared 57 blissful years together raising their family and travelling to numerous countries together in their retirement years.
She was a long-term resident of St. James Plantation and a member of Saint Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church of Southport. She is survived by her two sons, Matt Dye (Linda) of Alexandria, VA and Tracy Dye (Gayle) of Lewisburg, WV; three grandchildren, Noah, Adrienne, and Elena Dye all from Lewisburg, WV; as well as her beloved yorkie Allie.
In person services will be private however, a recording of the service will be shared via the Peacock - Newman & White Funeral and Cremation Service Facebook page on Saturday, September 26, 2020.
