Mary was the daughter of the late Thomas and B. Josephine (Connolly) Kelly. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Paul E. Bartsch, her son Thomas E. Bartsch and his wife Monika of Cape Coral, Florida, her daughter Maura Feheley and her husband Daniel of West Dennis, grandchildren Kathleen Feheley Pennel (Chase), and Colin Feheley and great granddaughter, Charlotte Pennel. She also leaves behind her brothers John F. Kelly, Land O’ Lakes, FL, Paul G. Kelly and his wife Linda of Mansfield, and her sister, Ann L. Kelly of West Yarmouth, her brother in-law Donald Bartsch and wife Mary Lou of Babylon, New York and her sister in-law Dale Bartsch of Palm Bay, Florida, her cousins and close friends, Anne Marie (Snow) Noonan and Mary B. Lavelle. Mary is also survived by her sisters in-laws, Nancy Iannicelli, Linda Kelly, and Jeanne Kelly and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers Thomas M. Kelly, Joseph D. Kelly, Richard J. Kelly and Bernard M. Kelly and sister in-laws Lee Kelly and Jane E. Bartsch.
Mary was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Roxbury, MA and attended Regis College. She was a stewardess for American Airlines prior to her marriage to Paul and then worked for the New England Telephone Company retiring from Verizon, Inc. Mary was a long-time member of the volunteer network of Pioneers and the West Dennis Yacht Club.
Visitation will be held on Monday, the 10th of June, 2024, from 4-8 pm at Doane, Beal & Ames, 729 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, the 11th of June at 11 am at Our Lady of the Cape, 468 Stony Brook Rd, Brewster, MA 02631. A private family burial will take place at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary’s name to The Dennis Council on Aging - Golden Age Pals Program or Beacon Hospice.
