He lived first half of his life in Vietnam and in 1975 he immigrated to the U.S.A. On November 12th, 2010, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, the Lord called for him at noon. He obeyed and took his last breath. At home, in the loving arms of his children and surrounded by his grandchildren, he departed to meet his Maker.
Survivors include his five children, Phuong, Phi, Phuong, Phong and Phu and all his grand Children, Phillipe, Pierre, Jesse, Trang, Jeanette, Stephanie and Eric.
His funeral service was arranged by Eternal Hills Funeral Home. He often said when it is his time do not be despair of his departure but rejoice of the life he had lived. To remember him is to apply what he tried to impart and to avoid the flaws he exhibited. His favorite prayer of all is The Lord's Prayer:
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
You will be missed.
Rest in Peace Daddy.
Sleep tight Granddaddy.
We love you.
