I had the privilege of styling Mrs. Emma’s natural hair for the past few years, and she was truly a beautiful woman with an incredible light. She was so proud of supporting her children during their military service, and at one point, she was even caring for her two grandsons full-time. We would spend each appointment laughing over stories of their antics! Mrs. Emma always had the best life advice and was a great support to me during my own transition into grandparenthood. I will deeply miss her and am grateful that God brought her into my life when I needed her presence the most.

I remember when we first met each other in the Reserves. It was like we knew each other all of our lives. We always wanted to room together and we would stay up half the night talking about life and our faith. You not only spoke of faith you lived it. You were truly an inspiration to me.
My mind is still trying to process that my beautiful friend has left us. Emma, I thank you for being the person that you were. Always kind and encouraging and although you were fighting your own battle, every time I asked how were YOU doing, you always answered that you were good. Never once did I hear you complain. May your memory always be a comfort to your family and the rest of us who loved you. Until we meet again, Rest in Heavenly Peace.

Wow. It's hard to know where to start. I'm saddened by her transition. Emma, Dell and their family was a part of my Germany military family. Even though when we all returned to the states we all were still a family regardless to where we were here in the states.  When she trained in Texas we got together.  It's feel as if a link has been broken from our family circle.  To the family Even though I can't be there in person know that my heart, prayers and love is with you in spirit.  I love you guys. Emma was a blessing from God, my friend of 37 years and big sister sent from God. We texted every morning sending each other Godly  encouragement for the day. My mornings will never be the same, but I know she will always be with me still giving me encouragement. 

Dell, Ariel, Brandon, and Amber, you have lost your wife and mother, but you have gained “Emma your Guardian Angle” who will be with you and watch over you every minute of every day.

To you and the Gause Family, I pray that God’s peace and strength will reign over you each day. Revelation 21:4 says, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain.”

Emma, Wife, Mommy, Meme, Sister, Auntie, Friend is in no more pain because as she reminded me each morning at the end of her texts, she is 
“#alreadyhealedalreadyhealed🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️”.

Words of sympathy feel inadequate in expressing grief and sorrow for a loss so great. Sending prayers, a warm embrace and all my love during this difficult time to the Gause/ Simpson Family.

Emma was truly a beautiful soul, inside and out.  I will forever miss her. A true friend to me and all those that knew her. I am a better person for having known her and,  I will cherish her memories. May her precious family rest in God’s peace and comfort.

Emma continued to Celebrate Life. Even when she was celebrating others.  I am grateful that God allowed our paths to cross.

Emma was a true friend that gave you the honest truth and friends like that are rare.  She was there at the blink of an eye for anyone. She was loved by all that came in her presence. I was in shock when I got the call that Emma had passed.  She texted me a few days before to say that she was doing good.  I would post a Bible verse daily and she would respond with one or if I heard a sermon that I felt would encourage/bless her I would share it with her.  She text me on Tuesday and passed on Wednesday.  My heart is so heavy.  Emma and I would walk inside or outside of FORSCOM (weather permitting) daily.   She was a close friend of mine and I will miss her. R.I.P. my friend until me meet again.  My condolences to Dale and the family. 😇😇😇

My Condolences to the Simpson/Gause families, gone to soon, yet we all know GOD doesn’t make mistakes.  🌹Emma’s personality, soft voice, encouraging  words and a smile that charmed all, you couldn’t help but love her, she’s that faithful young lady who’s left an indelible mark. Oh Dell, I was so sorry to hear about Emma's passing.  So glad I had the opportunity to see you both again at Steve Yuhas'  funeral a few years ago.  I respected Emma so much as a professional when we worked together and as a trusted friend.  We shared a lot of personal struggles and celebrations that we had concerning our children.  I do know that she loved her family  and valued the time she had with all of you on this earth.  She will certainly be missed.  I'll miss her!
