Butch was born on April 15, 1959 in Clarksdale, MS. To the late Hubert “Blackie” and Myrtle Dillie Baker. Although he spent the majority of his adult life residing in Southeast Missouri. On March 17, 1991 he married Brenda Laster, who survives of the home.
