He was born on May 30, 1964 in Sikeston, MO. to the late Carmen and Ethel Cates Kuykendall.
Survivors include, three sons, Chris (Stacy) Kuykendall of Eureka, MO., Bobby (Melinda) Kuykendall of Charleston, MO. and Justin Matthews of East Prairie, MO.; one daughter, Brandy Matthews of Bismarck, MO.; four brothers, Kenneth Kuykendall, Charlie (Teresa) Kuykendall, Steve Kuykendall all of Charleston, MO. and Danny (Becky) Kuykendall of Sikeston, MO.; one sister, Brenda Bruenderman of Charleston, MO.; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Charleston, MO.
