Phyllis was such a sweet and special person that God created and gave to us.  Steve and Gregg, you were blessed to have her for a mother.  Such a prayer warrior and lady of faith.  She and Bruce were wonderful examples to couples today of how married couples should be.  She will be forever remembered in my heart until the Lord takes me or raptures us up.  She loved music and she sure is hearing it now like never before!!  
Psalms Psalm 17:15
 "As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness."    Take care of our Jesse ! You would always ask about him and you loved him very much as you did all the kids.

Greg and Steve, soo sorry to hear about your mama. she was such a wonderful soul.  My mama would always take me by to visit her when I was in town. Phyllis and Eleanor were always two stops that were a given. Prayers for peace and comfort for you all as only our Heavenly Father can provide.

The world just lost a excellent human being. She brought me great love and peace to my heart .I LOVE YOU PHYLLIS. My sincere condolences to to her family.

Greg and Steve,  I'm so sorry about the loss of your mom.  I always enjoyed talking to her at Page One.  Sending thoughts and prayers for peace, comfort and strength during this difficult time.

Phyllis’ name is synonymous with Shenandoah Page One.  She directed the successful mission with the help of many wonderful faithful volunteers to serve countless fellow neighbors who were in need.  It is impossible to determine the numbers of individuals and households that she and her volunteer force assisted and whose lives she touched. Phyllis knew her fellow Shenandoah residents and sought to respond to their needs. Even when she "retired" last December, she continued to be involved with the help of many including Leisa Kite.  Throughout it all her son Greggory became her hands and feet when she was no longer able to physically come to the Thrift Store when her health began to weaken.
Phyllis' sister Frances shared that she was approached years ago about suggesting someone to step up to assist with Page One in Shenandoah.  Perhaps the person was hoping that Frances herself would volunteer.  Instead, Francis suggested that Phyllis step up to fill the role.  Francis said, “I am to blame with Sis becoming involved in Page One.”    Francis – we would suggest that the Lord used you to send us Phyllis.  God knew her heart and ability to lead.  As a result, many were touched and helped.  She was an example for all of us, living out the motto of Page One – “Concerned people helping others.”
 For Phyllis’ love and dedication to her community through Page One service, we are eternally grateful.

Phyllis was definitely an angel here on earth she was a one of a kind , God gave her wings here on earth along time ago.prayers for the family and her sister Frances whom I known for a long time love them both . Fly High Phyllis. You definitely was an angel.

We will remember Phyllis as being a strong Christian and a very special friend always doing anything she could to help others.   She will truly be missed.  Our deepest sympathy  to the entire family!

Phyllis was a very sweet lady, I used to talk to her at Page One when I would take presents for Christmas Party for the children. I know she did a lot for the church she was a wonderful woman of GOD. My heart and prayers go out to the family

Phyllis. Was a very sweet lady that would help everyone out. She would give her own money to save others in need . She will be missed by the love she showed and gived to her community. Phyllis was a one of a kind person, she had faith in me getting clean and helped me through it. She's dearly missed and made a huge difference in my life.

Heaven has gained a PRECIOUS soul.  Phyllis was a Blessing to us ALL.  Her BEAUTIFUL smile, spirit and kind HEART will be greatly missed.  She shined with the Love and light of the LORD always.  Willing to help and give her all to everyone.  This is a separation for now and I look forward to seeing her again in Heaven.  She is rejoicing  with JESUS and her Loved ones.  Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto (Phyllis), Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Phyllis Was The Meaning Of Christs Love, She Showed It, Shared It, And Made It Her Adventure Through Life!   That Twinkle in Her  Eyes Was Manifested Through Her Saviors Love! She Through Page One Provided For People, Children, Adults, And All Their Needs At Home! Personally She Stood In The Gap For All, Families, Friends, And Her Church!

Greg and Steve, So sorry to hear of your moms passing. She was a wonderful lady. Always so friendly. When we was younger and yall would come to house. It was great memories, Greg you and Odessa have been great friends to me if there is anything i can do or you just need to talk im here.

Phyllis was the most Godly and loving woman ever. My Mother and Dad thought so much of her. Mom volunteered at Page One for ages. I have never met anyone with a heart as big or kind as hers. 
Rest in Peace my friend. Your work on earth is done and oh how much better if is because of the lives you touched .
