Roy Edward “Tubbs” Munnerlyn, 49, of Shawnee, OK passed away February 10, 2012 in Muskogee, OK with family by his side. He was born July 2, 1962 in Bakersfield, CA. Roy had a love for old cars and gambling. His greatest achievement was the very best son a mother could ever ask for. He is preceded in death by father, Roy L. Munnerlyn; “Dad,” Onas Tubbs; Stepfather, James L. Berry; Grandma, Eula Miller; uncle, Bobby Strain and several aunts. He is survived by Mother, Donna S. Berry; Uncles, Allen Miller and Gerald Strain; Siblings, Jamie Berry-Martin, Roy Allen Munnerlyn, and Tonya Munnerlyn-Bledsoe; numerous cousins and many other relatives and dear friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His visitation will be Monday, February 13th from noon to 5pm and Tuesday, February 14th from 9am to 8pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. His funeral service will be 2pm, Wednesday, February 15th 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Dale Cemetery.
