Welch, Deborah Allen 69, of Seminole, Florida passed away at AccentCare Largo on December 24, 2022, following a lengthy illness. Debbie was born August 12, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland as the daughter of Samuel and Marcia Allen and moved to Seminole with her family in 1968. She is survived by her husband, David Welch; her daughter Michelle (David) Mansolino; her sister Kathy (Don) Bates; her brother Jim (Beth) Allen and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Carie Matheny.
Debbie worked for many years in her family’s business, the Allen Sports Center, and subsequently as a retail associate at Dillards Department Store. She was very outgoing, personable and enjoyed interacting with everyone she met. Debbie loved cruising anywhere but especially to the Caribbean islands, playing blackjack and enjoying the shows. She was also an avid Tampa Bay Rays fan.
Debbie was a wonderful wife, special and adored mom, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be profoundly missed by her family and many friends.
