Stanley Roland Olsen, 87, of Sussex, NJ, formerly of Weehawken and Secaucus, NJ entered into rest on Sunday May 24, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Frances (nee Schleicher) Olsen. Devoted father of Stanley R. Jr. & Jane, Richard L. and his wife Catherine, Kevin and his wife Susan, Gary and his wife Nancy, Timothy and his wife Bernadette and the late Ronald and his wife Denise. Loving grandfather of Laurie Cerny, Suzanne Nardone, Scott, Christopher, Jennifer Hubbard, Jaclyn Jaeger, Eric ,Kristen, Katherine , Daniel , Melissa, Ashley, Emily, Mary, Jack and the late Ryan Olsen.

Dear great grandfather of 14 great grandchildren. Stanley was born on July 20, 1927 in Hoboken, He served his country proudly in the United States Coast Guard. He was a truck driver for Ward Trucking in North Bergen, NJ. Stanley enjoyed barbershop singing. Visitation will be held Today (Wednesday) from 4 PM to 8 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus. The family will gather at the funeral home with their relatives and friends on Thursday at 8:30 AM for a 9:30AM funeral mass at St. Lawrence RC Church 22 Hackensack Ave, Weehawken, NJ. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
