We were very much saddened to hear the news of Uncle Bob's passing.  I was always proud to have him as my uncle and namesake.  He is a great man.  Perhaps you'll find comfort in a verse Ive enjoyed many time. "unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies it abides alone, but if it dies,it bears much fruit."  May Bobs'passing bring us all closer to each other and God.

Mary, I wanted to thank you and Bob for all special things and times that we shared together as a family. Bob is very a special person and so are you. I feel very fortunate to be a part of a family of Bob's. To have been a friend of one the greatest men I have ever met. I"ll always look to Bob in my eyes as a family man, friend and leader. May the sunshine warmly upon your face. May the path for you follow the road from the good grace above. Your friend always.

You will all ways be in our hearts and on our minds.  You will that bright light in the in the night sky watching over us.  We will make you proud.  We miss you more than words can ever say, I love you Dad.

I worked with Bob for many years at Boeing.  He was a great mentor.  

Mary, we were so sorry to hear about Bob.  I have the fondest memories of you and Bob at my cabin on Hood Canal .  Please accept our deepest sympathy  - Sam & Lynn

I was saddened to hear about Bob's passing.  He used to be my boss at Boeing until he retired in 1994.   When he was my boss, he insisted I get involved in a high visibility team.  Little did I know that what I learned on that team would become my area of expertise.  If it had not been for him, I may not have one of the skills I am most noted for...contract language.  He was very fond of his family and when I finally became a mother - he was very supportive.  My daughter, Rachel, & I once went on a boat ride with him and his family.  He loved that boat and sharing it with others!  My heart goes out to his family.  Many of us at Boeing are in shock at his passing.

We are very sorry to hear about Bob's death.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.  Our trip to Seattle for Sharon & Tim's wedding was made even more memorable by Bob taking us out on his beloved boat.  Our Love to you all.

   Thanks for taking me skiing when I was five.
   Thanks for pulling the nail out of my foot when 
   I was seven.
   Thanks for taking me fishing when I was nine.
   And thanks for being an uncle all of us kids
   could look up to, even after we grew up. 


Jill, my sincere condolences to you and your family.  This will be a difficult time for you all, just remember to lean on family and friends for strength.  And do remember the good times, they are what will comfort you through this most difficult time.

We are very sad to hear that Bob has passed on. We did not realize that he was ill.  The most important matter is that he knew that he was loved by a wonderful family that he loved in return. Even tho it has been almost 7 years now i still do think about you and dream of what it would be like to have you in my life! Grandma is getting throught but every hard-ly! All this is really hard on her and me also! I hope that your not mad at mom in any way and can forgive her! i hope that you guys have found each other up there in heaven and are talking up a storm! i know she missed you so much! Hopfully everything will get better here but I will ALWAYS think about you and mom everyday!
