Former King County Executive and Seattle City Councilman Randall "Randy" Revelle passed away on Sunday, June 3, at Washington Care Center in Seattle. He is survived by his wife, Ann, daughters, Lisa (Stephen) and Robin (Ed), three grandchildren, and his brother, Geoff. Randy spent his final hours surrounded by family and friends, and passed away peacefully. He retired from the Washington State Hospital Association in 2012, where much of his time and passion were spent advocating for the mentally ill, including mental health parity law. The Seattle Times featured Randy in the Northwest Local News section of the Wednesday, June 6 paper (see SeattleTimes.com). Memorial donations may be sent to Navos, a Seattle-based mental health organization, or St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral.
