Benjamin Asa Hall Jr. was born in Seattle Washington to Benjamin Asa Sr. and Daisy Hall. He grew up with five siblings.
After graduating from Edmonds High School, he served in the Naval Reserve as a mechanic. In 1956 he married Carol Wallin. Ben and Carol resided in Edmonds Washington and raised five children.
Ben pursued his passion for automobiles by working in the automotive industry throughout his working career. He owned and ran Lynnwood NAPA auto parts store from 1968 to retirement at which time passed it onto his son Mike. He was a highly regarded businessman in the industry.
After forty six years of marriage and the passing of his wife Carol, Ben married and spent the next twenty years with Gerry.They enjoyed their retirement years traveling in their motorhome and spending time with their loving family.
Ben passed away in Puyallup Washington on October 4, 2022 at the age of ninety.
He was preceded in death most recent by Carol and daughter Victoria.
He was survived by his loving and supportive wife Gerry, son’s Benjamin and Michael, daughters Donna and Jennifer. Step children, Mark, Jim, Doug, and Janell. He was also blessed with eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Barbara Skucy and Linda Carey are his surviving sisters.
A private family service will be held October 20, 2022 at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral home in Seattle Washington to celebrate Ben’s life.
