He is preceded in death by his parents Restituto Navarro and Paulina Navarro; his sons Eric D. Navarro and Christopher J. Navarro. He is survived by his wife Madonna Navarro of 21 years, his children Mark Navarro, Kimberly Del Rosario, Eddy Joe Navarro, Abrena Ganaden, and his 16 grandchildren. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings Linda Dmytruk, Alicia Gauthier, Louisa Donat and all those who knew him.
Edward Navarro was born at Ft. William McKinley in Manila, Philippines in April of 1947. He moved to the United States at an early age and lived in North Carolina until he eventually made Seaside, California his home.
Before his passing you could always find Eddy pushing his cart down the fairways of Monterey Pines Golf Course. When not on the golf course or spending time with his family, he could be performing at your favorite local restaurant or private party with his band Ho'Omana. Eddy was a very talented musician that loved to play in front of a crowd. Eddy could play multiple musical instruments including the bass, ukelele, guitar, trumpet, piano, and drums. To share his devotion to Christ, he loved to sing worship and lead prayers for his family and friends.
