Mr. Wendell Ray Robinson

Wendell Ray Robinson was born in Dallas, Texas on October 7, 1954 to Miller Ross Robinson and Wanda Joyce (Arrington) Robinson and passed away in Marietta, Georgia on November 29, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Miller Wayne Robinson. Left with fond memories to treasure are his loving wife of 38 years Olean Robinson; son, Wendell Ray Robinson Jr. & wife Amanda; daughter, Amanda Gressett & husband Danny; daughter Stephanie Laza; daughter Martha Segovia & husband Charles; daughter Jennifer McMillian & husband John; 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; brother Larry Robinson & wife Mary; brother, Billy Robinson and many other family loved ones and beloved friends. Wendell was a veteran who faithfully served his country in the United States Navy. He owned and his own construction company in the Marietta, Georgia area for many years. He was a world class internet Poker Player. He enjoyed watching westerns movies and shows as well as The History Channel, Boxing, Drag Racing and all sports. The family will receive friends at a visitation, 6-8pm Friday December 5, 2014 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Service will be 12:00pm (noon) Saturday December 6, 2014 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park Seagoville, Texas. Dr. Al Taylor will officiate.
