Vonda Lorena Ehrich

She was born on December 7th, 1948 in Dallas, Texas to Mildred V. and Sidney McDaniel. Vonda was raised in Dallas and graduated from Crozier Technical High School in 1967. She married the love of her life Thomas R. Ehrich and they were together for 40 years. The couple had three children: Adrian Thomas, Timothy Allen, and Valicia Denee Ehrich. Vonda worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Sears for more than 35 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, doing jigsaw puzzles, and watching her favorite soap operas.

Her family will remember her as a very kind, loving person, as well as a woman of faith who loved our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Vonda was the most gentle, kind-hearted woman who loved all her family and friends deeply. She was a very hard working woman who always made sure her children had everything they needed.

Vonda is preceded in death by her father, Sidney Murrell McDaniel; mother, Mildred Vonda McDaniel; husband, Thomas Roger Ehrich; brother, Sidney Murrell McDaniel Jr.; and sister, Esta Merlene Monk.

She is survived by her sister, Lawanda Sharon Kennedy; brother, Edward Earl McDaniel; son, Adrian Thomas Ehrich; daughter, Valicia Denee Ehrich; son, Timothy Allen Ehrich; nephews, Edward Earl McDaniel, Jr., Jason Valdez, and Jerry Valdez; nieces, Salena Loraine Petrick and Angela Rose Kennedy; grandsons, Shane Landon Ehrich, Johnny Allen Ehrich, and Cedric Lerail Thompson; and granddaughter, Janicia Renee Ehrich.

Vonda will be missed deeply by all those who knew and loved her.
