Sharon Hargraves joyously journeyed home to the Lord on January 9, 2015. She was born in Durant, Oklahoma on February 4, 1955 to Harlen K. and Ruthie Mae Love and was reunited with them when she arrived in Heaven. Left with treasured memories to cherish are her loving and devoted husband of 40 years, Wayne Hargraves; son Dewey Hargraves; daughter Julie Hargraves Courtney & husband Alfred; son Jerry Hargraves Jr. and numerous other family loved ones and beloved friends. Sharon was an accountant for many years. She was a published poet. She also wrote songs and was a gifted musician who could play numerous instruments including the piano; even though as a young girl she was kicked out of piano lessons after her first and only lesson. Sharon loved her family as much as her family loves her. She will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at a visitation 6-8pm Wednesday January 14, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. A memorial service will be held at a later date..
