Lollie Elizabeth Amburn

Lollie was born on March 21, 1937 in Dallas, Texas to Joseph Fields Love and Opal Carter Love. Lollie was raised in Dallas and Kaufman Counties and attended El Centro College in Dallas, Texas. She married Billy E. Amburn in 1953 and the couple had three children. Lollie was a Real Estate Broker for over 60 years with Coldwell Banker and Elsie Halbert Realty.

In her spare time, Lollie enjoyed mowing her property on her zero-turn riding lawn mower, gardening, and holiday celebrations. She always had the most stunning garden, and she loved her beautiful home. Many people may not have known, but she was also a skilled mixologist.

Her family and friends will always remember her as a positive, loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a very classy, intelligent, and wonderful woman.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and beloved son William Amburn.

She leaves behind her daughters, Sherrian Jones Bormann and Karen Jane Amburn, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a myriad of loving friends.
