Kimberly (Kim) Cecil Moore was born on September 12, 1974 in Dallas, TX. She is the daughter of Guylene and Billy Crouch, Jr. She was raised in Dallas, attending Skyline High School, graduating in 1993.
After high school, Kim worked for AT&T for over 18 years. Most recently, she worked for Crandall ISD, serving as a PEIMS clerk at Crandall High School. This role was extremely special to her, as she was able to serve many students and be a positive influence in their lives. She especially cherished the relationships she built with staff members during her time at CHS. The highlight of her life was welcoming her son, Kristian Andrew Cecil into the world on April 28, 2003. On January 23, 2009, she married the love of her life, Ryan "Tiny" Moore. Together, they built a life they loved, focused on family, friends, fun, traveling and loving each other unconditionally. Kim was a believer in and lover of Jesus. She had a strong faith, which she demonstrated by being the first member to be baptized at Grandview Baptist Church in Mesquite.
Kim was a loving and devoted daughter, wife and mother. She was known best for her heart of gold and love for others. Her pride and joy was being a mother to her son, and planning family fun and adventures for them to share. Kim loved to live life to the fullest and soak in as many experiences as possible. She had a great love for the beach/ocean, sea turtles, Dr Pepper, Whataburger, designer purses and cruises. Kim enjoyed playing board games and cards of all kinds. She also loved participating in darts and bowling with friends. She loved hard, played hard and had an infectious laugh and smile. She lit up any room she walked into.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Tiny Moore and her son, Kristian Cecil, father of her son and best friend, Ken Cecil, and her parents Bill and Guylene Crouch. She also leaves behind a brother, Billy Crouch, III and his wife, Mary, and their children, sisters-in-law, Mitzi Cecil and Renea Moore, mothers-in-law, Melba Cecil and Rita Moore Barber and numerous friends and family (she lovingly referred to as "her framily") that will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Crouch, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Kenyon, and fathers-in-law, James Cecil and Roger Moore.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Junes 5, 2021 at Crandall High School. The family will receive friends at 10am, the service will begin at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kim's name to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org), or to the Save the Turtles Foundation (www.saveturtles.org)
