She will always be remembered as a Loving Mother, Friend and Colleague to all that knew and loved her.
Connie was born November 12, 1946 in Dallas, Texas to Conrad and Mary Lockmiller.
Connie worked for the Hunt Oil Company as a graphic artist rising to the top level of her office and retired after 35 years with the Company. She was married to Tommy Benedict for 34 beautiful years prior to his passing.
Connie is survived by Husband of the past 9 years, James Thomas; son, David Benedict and wife Trudy; Daughter, Tassie Benedict Snider and husband Brian; Step Children, JJ Thomas, Michael Thomas, David L. Benedict, Darrin S. Benedict; Siblings, Patricia Duncan, Jacky Lockmiller and wife Joyce; Grandchildren, Thomas Snider, Joshua Snider, Sean Benedict and wife Holly Millay.
She is also survived by her brother in law, Charles Benedict and wife Florence; Sister in law, Norma Petty; nieces, Darla Ferguson, Lisa Lockmiller Stuart, Gina Harvey, Donna Partain, Kathy Winn, Connie Miller, Vickie Frazier; Nephews, James Lockmiller, Bobby Petty, Dr. Brian Brimmage, Chris Brimmage, Mark Brimmage, Tin Cooke, John David Cook; Great Nieces and Nephews, Matt Childers, Martin Childers, Sydney Stuart, Chloe Stuart, Lauren Lockmiller, Elaina Lockmiller, Great-Great Nieces and Nephews, Madison, Caleb, Alyssa, Aubrey, and Liam.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Thomas F. Benedict; Mother, Mary Louise Barnard Lockmiller; Father, Conrad Claude Lockmiller; Sister, Dorothy Lockmiller Brimmage; sister in laws, Peggy Cook and Shirley Clark, and her brother in law Dodie Benedict
A funeral service for Connie will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, with a committal service to follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
