Sherry was born April 16th, 1942, to Donald (Bud) and Vera Kingery in Wendell, Idaho. Later her parents moved their family to Phoenix, AZ. A beloved mother of four children, Roxi (Jim), Bud (Angie), Kami and Launi (Steve) and 7 grandchildren, Bret, Amber, Kaylin, Brittany, Stephanie, Cody, Jaiden and 11 great grandchildren.
Sherry was an accomplished artist, successful businesswoman, and a strategic investor. She made people feel special and volunteered at Hospice of the Valley for 15 years, and in her mid-60’s she became a certified nurse’s assistant, so she could do more to help the patients at hospice. She also was an 11th hour volunteer and would sit and comfort those patients and their families in the final hours of the patient's life.
With the above successes, Sherry was more interested in being with her family, attending events, and participating in their lives. Another family she had was a chat group she was involved with for more than 25 years. Everyone in her life knew that chat was at 5pm every day and not to interrupt her at that time.
