Rachel was born in Dallas, Texas on September 5th, 1984.
She graduated from Arizona Christian University, and received her Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University.
Rachel married her husband David Kotin on June 20th, 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was a member of Jewish Voice Ministries and Circle of Peace Church, and had many passions: reading, gaming, women’s rights, advocating against sex-trafficking, and spending time with friends and family.
Rachel is survived by her husband, David Kotin; her daughter, Makayla Jacqueline Steele; her brother, Michael Bryan Cummings; and her parents, Jacqueline Kay McNally and James Steele.
A graveside service for Rachel will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
