Decker, Patricia, 85, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. Patricia was preceded in death by infant son, James Jr and her husband James Decker. Patricia is survived by daughters Karie Mason and Kelly Woodward, 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
