Courtney Noel Kelly, 33, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away on April 9th, 2022. She was born in The Woodlands, TX, on June 16th, 1988. Courtney graduated from Houston High School in Germantown, TN, in 2006. She later received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Human Resources Management from University of Phoenix in Tucson, AZ, in 2016, where she was also a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honors Society. She was married to Eric Hansche on November 8th, 2014, in Tucson, AZ. She was profoundly dedicated to her work at VIPKid, where she taught English to Chinese children. She had a passion for theatre and film, drawing, British sketch comedy, and playing the piano. When she was a little girl, she was a huge fan of My Little Pony and all things Harry Potter. Throughout her high school years, Courtney was an accomplished competitive cheerleader and tumbler, a devoted contributor to her Senior Lit Mag, and a proud member of the International Thespian Society. She was a steadfast supporter of the ASPCA, one of her many philanthropic endeavors.
Courtney was selfless, and she deeply cherished her very large family and her rescued pets. She had the biggest heart, and an even bigger sense of humor.
Courtney will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Jeff and Debby Kelly; her sister, Kristin (Scott) Chambers; her brother Justin (Patrick) Kelly; her brother Jordan Kelly; her nieces Autumn Foren and Savannah Chambers; her grandmother Susie Bernowksi; her grandmother Geraldine Kelly; and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her cousin Michael Ryan Bernowski, her grandfather Robert Bernowski Sr., and her grandfather Jerry Lee Kelly.
A private Celebration of Courtney’s Life will be held in Ohio at the family’s request.
