John Campbell Bullock was born on November 30, 1954. He was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and graduated high school surrounded by a close group of friends. He went to the University of Nebraska, and completed his degree in advertising. John always enjoyed cars and opened up his own auto detailing business, the clean car company, in 1980 where he ran it until 2002.
John was an animal lover and one of his last wishes is to have a donation made in his name to the Panhandle Dumb Friends League.
His living relatives are his sister, Jennie Lou Grondorf (Bullock), Brother-in-law, Peter Grondorf, nephew, Samuel Grondorf, and niece, Margaret Grondorf.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Bullock, and Martha Graves Bullock.
