Once, he hiked with friends across the country and often spoke of the beauty and spectacular views along the way. He eventually returned home and spent many years living and working on Nantucket Island. He finally returned to the mainland due to his declining health.
He was the beloved son of Cissy Carley of Kingston and the late Robert Carley of Braintree. Loving brother of twin Jodi Mordarski of Michigan, Scott Carley of Kingston. He was predeceased by a sister and three brothers. He is survived by a daughter and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
