Ruth Ann “Dolly” Sechrist, 83, passed away at home in Schaefferstown PA on Tuesday January 3, 2023. Dolly was the wife of Edwin Sechrist, married 64 years. She was born in Stricklerstown PA on July 27, 1939, the daughter of the late Thomas C. and Olive O. (Oberly) Marderness. Dolly was previously employed at Dutchmaid, Richland shoe factory and Sechrist Furniture store. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed flea markets and collecting antiques. She also liked traveling, playing Bingo and going to the casinos. Dolly is survived by her husband Edwin and nieces and nephews. She was preceded by 12 siblings. A viewing will be held on Tuesday January 10, 2023 at Clauser Funeral Home 116 N Carpenter St Schaefferstown PA from 10:00am-10:30am, followed by a service at 10:30am.
