Stephen J. Rogers

It is with profound sorrow that the family of Stephen J Rogers announce his passing. He is remembered for his unwavering loyalty, kindness and service to all fortunate to know him. Stephen’s intellectual curiosity and his passion for living life to its fullest was achieved as an Aeronautical Engineer for Boeing, a Sky Marshal & Federal Agent for the US Government, an Attorney, antique dealer and a devoted member to his second family, the NYPD Emerald Society Pipes and Drum Band.

The greatest pleasure for Stephen was giving back to all the many talents he developed during his lifetime. Although he will be greatly missed, his legacy and philosophy on how to live life are already being carried through by his grandchildren who idolized him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Eileen, his two wonderful children, Stephen Rogers, Mary Brennan, (Andrew) his cherished grandchildren, Aidan and Colin Brennan, his brother, Billy Rogers, sister, Marion McLaughlin and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his 2 sisters, Theresa Carway (Charlie) and Annie Rogers.

A visitation for Stephen will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home, 824 Scarsdale Ave, Scarsdale, NY 10583. A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, December 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at St. Pius X Church, 91 Secor Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
