Jeff will be deeply missed by his beloved daughter, Jaedynne Turner, who was the light of his life. Jeff was predeceased by his brother Brandon Phillips. Jeff leaves behind his loving parents, Sheri Featherstone and Terence Turner and step mother Heather and his devoted siblings, Terry Turner (Kathy) Amber Turner, Wilfred Phillips and cherished niece Destinee and nephews Jacob, TJ, Xavier and Kody who brought him so much joy. He will also be fondly remembered by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as by the many friends whose lives he touched. Jeff’s kind heart, vibrant energy, and unwavering loyalty left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
Though his time with us was far too short, Jeff lived a life full of love and connection. He had a kind heart, an infectious laugh, and an unwavering loyalty to his friends and family. Those who knew him will remember his warmth, his sense of humour, and his ability to bring people together.
Jeff’s sudden departure is a profound loss for all who loved him, but we take comfort in knowing that he is now resting peacefully. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to call him family or friends.
A visitation for Jeff will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue. East, Scarborough, Ontario, M1R 2Y8, followed by a chapel service at 2:00 PM
