Sincere condolences to Lynda and family. Losing a parent is losing a touchstone, and I know how close you all were.  I'm so sorry for your loss, and hope that the happy memories comfort you - as well as the protection of an angel from above.

So sad to hear of Doreen's passing and my condolences to the family. Doreen was my cousin and I last saw her in Toronto about 37 years ago when I visited my brother there with my parents.  I asked my daughter to try and find my two cousins on the internet just a week ago and unfortunately it was just too late for Doreen. We remember Doreen fondly and with a glass of champagne in her hand! I'm sure she is toasting us from above.  So sorry for you loss. Doreen will be missed by all who knew her.

When Joe and I were invited over to introduce baby Caleb to the family. Aunt Doreen lovingly held Caleb and remarked how she loved babies especially the first year of life cause you got to hold them so-o-o much. Now we all hold her close to the chest and deep within our hearts. 

We had fun on these cruises. She loved to dance!!
If lobster was on the menu, Doreen ordered 2!!
We will miss the phone calls, it was always good to hear your voice, 
but we are happy to think of you up there dancing the night away with Ernie.
Lynda and Gord you must be so proud of your mum, granny and great granny.

Always enjoyed having a visit with your Mom and having a good laugh about something.  Doreen was a very special lady and loved her children Linda and Gord very much.  So sorry to hear she passed away.  Your family will be in my prayers.

Denise and I spent many happy times with Doreen and Gord on our annual cruises. She was a special lady. Our condolences to Gord, Lynda and the family. This is how we remember her.

Sorry to hear about Mrs. Ford’s passing. I last saw her about 1 1/2 years ago at Iva England’s funeral and we had a nice chat. She and my Mom still kept in touch occasionally too.  My Dad (Norm) just passed away unexpectedly in June too, so I know this is a difficult time for you.  My condolences to Lynda and Gord and family.

We have such fond memories of Doreen on Christmas Eve sitting enjoying her champagne and doing the Ian quizzes.  We wish her a safe journey to be with Ernie and share her bright light with you forever.
