MATHEWSON, Islay Isobel – Passed away with dignity and peace surrounded by family at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 86. Much loved mother of Ronald (Hilary) and Blair (Dona). Cherished grandmother of Paige and Grant. Daughter of the late James and Mary McGillivray. Dear sister of Gordon McGillivray (Marilyn), Douglas McGillivray and the late Violet McGillivray. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. In keeping with Islay’s wishes a private family interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to ARCH would be appreciated.
