He is now reunited with his dear wife and best friend with whom he shared 56 years of marriage. Cherished father of Doreen Nisbett (John), Rick Chartrand (Irene), Suzanne Chartrand and Paul Chartrand (Karen). He leaves behind his grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Henry and his wife Loretta had a special place in their hearts for community service in particular the Sault Ste. Marie Soup kitchen. He was a proud recipient of the Humanitarian Award in 1990 and received the Ontario Medal of Citizenship in 1988. He was active in his parish as deacon at Our Lady of the Highways Catholic Church. Above all our father will be remembered for his unwavering love and devotion to his family.
