In loving memory of Joseph Martone, a resilient and warm-hearted 73-year-old Italian fisherman from the heart of Brooklyn. Joe's Brooklyn grit shone through as he cast his nets into life's vast sea. His laughter echoed through his East quogue community, his love for family, friends, and the ocean will forever be etched in our hearts. A true patriarch, Joe leaves behind a legacy of hard work, tradition, and the aroma of the sea that will linger in the East end of Long Island for generations to come.
Left to navigate life's shores without her beloved partner, Lisa stands as a testament to resilience and enduring love. Through the ebb and flow of their years together, she and Joe shared a bond that weathered life's storms. In her grief, Lisa finds solace in the memories of their shared laughter, quiet moments, and the love that transcends the boundaries of this earthly voyage. May she find strength in the legacy of love they built together and the support of those who hold her close during this challenging time.
A visitation for Joseph will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232, followed by a visitation from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
