He had his mother's characteristic of never meeting a stranger. Jimbo was very upbeat. He graduated from Riverview High School, class of 1981. He worked for Lowe's for many years and was with Sam's Club at the time of his death.
Jim is survived by his father, James; his brother, Patrick; and his niece, Chandler; twelve aunts, four uncles and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois, sister, Janet and niece, Jessica Gessner.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2901 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL on September 16, 2023 at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
