He was born May 20, 1928 in Elgin IL, the son of Paul and Edna Mae Bryant.
He was an active member of the Sarasota Apostolic Church and also spent many years volunteering his time within his community.
He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn (Stettner) Bryant, whom he married on May 29, 1948. He is also survived by his children; Sue Kehl, Diane Martin (Dave), Doug Bryant (Julie), Jeff Bryant (Angela); four grandchildren and five great grandchildren, all whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jane Kurth, and two nephews.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 am followed by a 10:30 am funeral service on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Apostolic Christian Church of Sarasota. There will be a reception at the church following the service. A military committal service will be held at 2:00 pm at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Rd 72 Sarasota FL, 34241.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Sarasota Apostolic Christian Church.
