The last in her family generation, Bettye followed her husband and older daughter in death. Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on July 7, 1924, Bettye moved to Erie, Pennsylvania with her husband, William B. Miller and founded Miller Travel Agency in the early 1960s. Bettye, as a woman, was a pioneer in the travel industry, traveled the world, met world leaders. Their agency specialized in corporate travel representing General Electric and other local business accounts. Bettye was proceeded in death by her husband, William B. Miller, her daughter and son-in-law Angela Freeman and A. James Freeman. Bettye is survived by her daughter Kathleen Miller Beith, her husband Richard T. Beith, three grandchildren and spouses Laura and Dom Viccari, Mathew and Mishelle Beith, Jaime and Taylor Anderson and eight great grandchildren. Cassidy, Colleen, Ellie, Abigail, Ogden, Rowan, Harper and Celine. Bettye was a resident of Bay Village in Sarasota, Florida for the past 12 years. She will be missed by her family.

Bettye will be interred at The Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park in Sarasota. A private family service will follow.
