Rhonda Ann Lowe,60, born October 26, 1958 passed away on December 22, 2018 Rhonda is survived by her husband, James Lowe; children, Rhonda Gray, Jason Lowe and Brandi Lambeth; 6 grandchildren Matthew Turner, Austin Turner, Daniel Brewer, Starlee Brewer, Mason Lowe and Jacob Brewer,and 3 siblings, twin brother, Russell Hill, Vincent Lee and Connie George. Private services will be held at a later date.
