Josephine Turner Bryant of Fairhope died Saturday, May 14th after a brief illness. Josephine was born and raised in Turnerville, Alabama, graduating from Citronelle High School in 1958. Following graduation, she worked as a secretary for Delchamps Grocery. She married Edward Bryant in a beautiful silk organza lace gown in 1960. She worked as a court reporter for several years, and did computer work for the Bragg Mitchell Mansion in later years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carrie Bryant Grafton, her husband Edward MacGregor Bryant, and her parents Joe and Ailene Turner. Josephine will be deeply missed by her daughter, Jennifer Middaugh, her granddaughter, Christina Grafton, her sons-in-law John Middaugh and Bill Grafton, and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside services and interment will be held in Turnerville Cemetery on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at 3 p.m. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:30 procession to the cemetery.
