Edwin Martin Walker, age 77, of Saraland, Alabama passed away on Wednesday November 27, 2019. Martin was born May 13, 1942 in Mobile, Alabama to Okla and Earl Walker. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Andrew Walker
He is survived by his son Jason Martin Walker; brother Earl Norwood "Woody" Walker and sister Patricia Walker Finley; grandson James Matthew Walker and loving and dedicated companion Linda Hollinghead.
Martin retired after 42 years with the Mobile Press Register as a Photo Engraver. He loved his photography and will be remembered for all the many events in the Mobile area that he had photographed over the years. He was a graduate of Vigor High School and an Alabama football fan. He was an active member of the Saraland Lions Club and attended Fountain of Life Church.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
