David Wayne Odell

David married the love of his life, Cindy Odell for 35 years. They reside in Eight Mile, Alabama. David was known for his humor, love, and support for his family and friends. David loved kids and was the best Poppy to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

David is preceded in death by his daughter London S. Meade; mother Bette Stringer Ory; Stepfather Charles E. Ory Sr.; Aunt Marie Myles, and Uncle Buddy.

David is survived by his loving wife Cindy Odell; sons: Thomas Shockley, Johnathan (Tonya) Meade, daughter Teresa Copeland; grandchildren:Daelynn, Destiny, Halee, Dylan, Elissa, Colby, Cody, Wayne, Christopher, Mark, Masson, Micah, and Emma; great grandchildren: Cole, Rilynn, and Paislee; father Ben Odell (Helen); brothers: John (Evelyn) Odell, Chuck (Elaine) Ory, and Tony(Debbie) Ory; sisters: Karla Odell, Kelli Odell, Fadrienne (Joseph) Frazier, Belinda Ory; 9 nieces, 3 nephews, and many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Funeral services will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland, Alabama at 1 pm. The family will receive friends from 11a.m. until the service hour.
