Jose Vieira Goulart was born in the Azores. With his wife Maria and son Joe, he immigrated to America in 1961. He worked as a barber at Fort Ord and Moffett Field. He is survived by his son Joe (Tina), granddaughters Valerie (Lorenzo) and Jennifer (Rodney) and four great grandchildren.
