Regina Ann Gillmor

Regina Ann (Jean) Gillmor, 78, Lake Mary, Florida, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014, at Central Florida Regional Hospital. Prior to moving to Lake Mary, Florida Jean lived in Cumberland, Maryland until graduating High School and then moved with her family to Coral Gables, Florida. Jean was married to William (Bill) R. Gillmor on June 7, 1958 and after starting their family they moved to Lake Mary, Florida in 1971. Jean’s career included working at Seminole Community College (now Seminole State College) in the Athletic Department in the early 1980’s and then at Seminole High School until 1993 where she performed a variety of clerical duties including; working in the reception and attendance office. Jean enjoyed reading, relaxing by the pool, being at the beach, and watching movies – especially older movies. Jean’s life and legacy will live on through the five children she raised with her husband Bill; Stacey (Mark) Johnson, Chris Gillmor, John (Judy) Gillmor, Marc (Dixie) Gillmor and Jennifer (Patrick)Shelton, her Grandchildren: Lynsey (Chad) Kennedy, Christopher R. Gillmor, Tyler Johnson, Sara Johnson, Jessica (Dane)Gillmor-Moyer, Ashley Gillmor, Zachary Shelton, Andrew Shelton, Anna Shelton, Ian Shelton, Great-Grandchildren Chase Kennedy, Noah Kennedy, Skylar Moyer, Addyson Moyer, sister’s Karol Holder and Joan Smith, nieces: Stephanie Wilson and Gina Smith-Jacobs, and nephews: John Holder and Allen Smith, Jr. Jean’s life will be celebrated on Saturday August 16, 2014, 2pm, at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771 http://www.dignitymemorial.com/baldwin-fairchild-oaklawn/en-us/index.page
