Jonathan Doyl Wood

Jon was born on May 17, 1970 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Jack and Yvonne Wood, at McAlester General Hospital. The family moved to Florida in 1984. Jon attended Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, Florida. He lived in New Smyrna Beach area most of his life.

Jon started his career in construction working in the family business, Santana Group Corporation. He was a job site superintendent and project manager. After Santana closed in 2010, Jon continued his career with DeWitt Construction and his last job was with Simcon Construction.

Jon enjoyed spending time with family and riding his motorcycle.

Jon is reunited with his son, Austin Clay and his father, Jack Doyl.

He is survived by his son, Jonathan Dylan; his mother Yvonne Marie of Port Orange, and his sister, Andrea Bowers of Mt. Dora.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 5000 CR 46A, Sanford, Florida 21771.
