Frances (Tay) Taylor Trigg, 90, of Sandy Springs, GA passed away December 16, 2010. Mrs. Trigg was born in Richmond, VA as the only child to the late Henry & Fannie Taylor. Frances was a graduate of St. Catherine’s School & Sweet Briar College, and spent most of her married life in Sandy Springs. She enjoyed playing bridge, and gardening, in addition to being an avid Georgia Tech fan. Mrs. Trigg and her husband became active members of Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church on November 30, 1958. Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband Locke Hickman Trigg, Jr. She is survived by her sons Locke H. Trigg, III and his wife Joan of Richmond, VA, Henry (Chip) Trigg of Sandy Springs, GA, and Bruce Taylor Trigg of Powder Springs, GA; 4 grandchildren Joshua Trigg, Jesse Trigg, Neil Trigg, and Anne Trigg Jensen; 3 great grandchildren, 1 step great grandchild. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church, 471 Mt. Vernon Hwy NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30238 or the charity of your choice in honor of Mrs. Frances Taylor Trigg. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church with Rev. Ron Gilreath officiating.
