Paul A. Salois

Paul A. Salois, age 93, passed away suddenly on January 13, 2024. Paul was born in Millbury, MA on October 28, 1930. He was employed by Polar Beverages for 50 years. Paul and his wife Sarah retired to his paradise, Cape Cod, almost 30 years ago.

Paul had a zest for life and a positive spirit. Whenever greeting family, friends, or strangers he always had a big smile.

He took pride in cutting his own lawn, doing projects around the house, completing the daily Word Jumble and crossword puzzles, painting his own house (and everyone else's too!) and Christmases in Vermont. He also looked forward to his weekly card games with his poker buddies.

The people Paul most loved were his wife Sarah, 3 sons in Maine: Stephen & wife Beth, Robert and wife Maribeth, Paul (PJ) and wife Cristina, and his daughter Jayne and husband Mark. He loved his stepdaughters, Becky and husband Jesse and Amy, whom he considered his own daughters. He also leaves his sisters Lorraine and Pauline. Paul was pre-deceased by his sisters Claire, Gloria and brothers Ronald, Raymond and his grandson Joshua.

Paul was the patriarch of a large extended family. He adored his grandchildren Jonathan, Andrew, Martha, Hannah, Elizabeth, Christopher, Stephen, Michael, Rebecca, Rachel, Patrick, Christopher, Will, Sophie, Sam, Henry, Max, Page and his 18 great grandchildren; they all adored him as well.

Calling hours will be held at Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home ,154 Route 6A, Sandwich on Saturday, January 20th, 2 to 4 p.m.
