Carol is survived by Kathleen O’Neill and her husband James and children Jimmy and Ashley Rose of Virginia; Peter Vigliano and his wife Leanne and children Cameron, Brendan, Collin and Lauren of Virginia; Edward Vigliano and wife Liz and children Daniel and Hannah of Sandwich; Kelly Benoit and her husband Christopher and children Alexandria and Samuel of Vermont. Sister-in-law Nancy Brady; nephew Edward Brady of Maryland; niece Elizabeth Wilson of Colorado. She is pre-deceased in death by a brother Robert Brady.
Born in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Edward R. and Rose A. (Delaney) Brady. She was a graduate of Boston College with a BS in nursing. Carol was a Registered Nurse for over 50 years on Cape Cod.
Carol was dedicated to serving the elderly as an advocate and care giver. She was an active and dedicated member of the Corpus Christi Parish and volunteered at adoration. She served as a school committee member and as a member of Council on Aging. Carol was an avid New England Patriots fan. She loved Cape Cod, being on the beach and treasured her daily walks on the boardwalk with friends. Carol’s greatest pride was her children and grandchildren and their many accomplishments.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road East Sandwich, MA. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery Sandwich. Visitation Thursday 4 to 7 p.m. at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Sandwich Council on Aging Caregivers Grant 270 Quaker Meeting House Road East Sandwich, MA 02537.
