On behalf of the family, we’d like to thank all of chi Le’s friends and our big extended family, here, in the United States, in Vietnam, Australia, Germany, Canada and other parts of the world for their heart felt condolences, for sharing with us their memories of our sister, and for helping or offering to help during these difficult times. Because the ongoing pandemic makes it difficult to gather in person, we are especially grateful that some of you could make the arduous trek from far flung places to pay your final respects. GiaLe Pham, age 58 passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021. GiaLe was born June 5, 1963.
A visitation for GiaLe will be held Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A visitation will occur Friday, November 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A witness cremation will occur Friday, November 19, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A funeral service will occur Friday, November 19, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Most Holy Trinity Church, 2040 Nassau Dr, San Jose, CA 95120.
