Edward Daly passed away peacefully on November 24th 2017 in San Jose, CA at age 92. Beloved father of Maureen Daly, Kathleen Stuart and Colleen Dunwoody. Beloved Grandfather of Melissa and Michael Dunwoody, Anitra, Arianna and Darien Stuart, and great grandson Isaiah Jimenez. Edward was a WWII veteran serving in the Army. His career encompassed working at General Electric for 49 years on multiple Apollo missions in Florida, then moving to California, to work at General Electric Nuclear Energy Plant. After retiring at age 65, Edward spent most of his time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. A funeral is scheduled for 10am on Sunday December 3rd 2017 at Oak Hill Memorial Park at 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, with a reception to follow.
