Frank Puccio was born August 6, 1926 and was the youngest of five children. His older brothers and sister were Sam, Theresa, Vincent and Lawrence. Frank spent his early years growing up on Henry Street in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles, California.
He was a World War II Veteran and joined the U.S Army at an early age when he was in his teens. He was sent to the Philippines to help liberate the islands. After 4 years of serving his country, Frank was honorably discharged from the U.S Army; he then returned back home to his family on Henry Street.
Although Frank never married with kids, he had a big family. He worked and retired after 33 years from the Southern Pacific Lines. Frank loved archery, working on his cars, and above all, going to Santa Anita race track. When he became ill, a guardian angel came into his life, his great niece Kristine who moved in and got him through his pain and discomfort along with her father and his nephew, John Biondolillo, and put joy in his last days with us.
