Theresa Ann Mazone

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theresa Ann Mazone, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. Theresa peacefully passed away on April 25, 2024, at the age of 70 surrounded by her loving family.

Theresa was born on May 23, 1953, to Robert and Helen Gilligan. She grew up in Pasadena, California where she developed a strong sense of family and community. At the young age of 19, Theresa met the love of her life, Keith Mazone. They were united in marriage on June 24, 1972, and shared 52 beautiful years together filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, and grandma who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love, always putting the needs of others before her own. Theresa's warm smile, kind heart, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love and joy she brought into the lives of those around her.

In addition to her loving husband, Keith, Theresa is survived by her children Brian and Christine, their spouses Amber and Kevin, her grandsons Braden and Blake, and her sister Helen. She was preceded in death by her two parents, and her brothers Tom and John.

Theresa's legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Although she may no longer be with us in person, her memory will continue to be cherished and her spirit will remain forever in our hearts.

A mass with be held on Friday, May 17th at 11:00 am, at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church, 1450 S Melrose Dr, Oceanside, CA 92056.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation (https://www.arthritis.org) in Theresa's honor. May Theresa's soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory be a blessing to us all.
